Right from when we booked, the messages I received were very helpful. We got our door code exactly as stated and the directions and photos of how to get from Namba Station to the property were absolutely SPOT ON! The room is indeed Japanese size, but because it had an extra single bed we were at least able to open up both our suitcases, which is a definite bonus. We could not get the kettle to work, it just seemed to take too long, but in the foyer downstairs there is a microwave available for anyone to use. We stayed three nights because from this property we could go by train to the Osaka Aquarium; walk to Dotonbori; and walk to meet the Kyoto/Nara Coach Day Tour. There are family grocery stores near this property as well as the range of food places available in the train station.

There is a nearby Matsuya - which is a top requirement for me and my family. The location is an easy access to Dotonbori, Osaka. Around 10 minutes by walk. The Metro station is 5-7 minutes away which is good. Toilet has auto bidet system. With free shampoo and body soap. A convenient store is nearby for everyday necessities.

It was cozy, clean, had everything we needed, even the washing machine (very useful in summer in Japan, cuz you change tshirts every few hours), conbini just accross the street, main points of Osaka easily reachable by metro or even by foot. Mattress is amazing.

Location of the property was the best selling point. It was within walking distance to Namba and Dotonbori- both places being very popular with locals and tourists alike. There was also a washing machine in the room and there is also cutlery and tools available to cook, although I didn’t use the facilities.

The location was strategic. few mins walk from subway that has direct airport line. walkable distance to Dotonbori. Halal ramen was around the corner/ nearby. Family Mart just next building. complete facilities (including washing machine) except no Microwave in the room. need to go lobby to use microwave. but still ok as stove and cooking utilities was provided in the room. By far, one of the best accommodation in term of location during my stay in Osaka

1) Location - within walking distance to the Dotonbori area (as well as Shinsaibashi suji) if you prepare to walk, also quite close to the subway station. 2) 350m away from Namba station so taking airport train is very easy walk. 3) Functional room - it has everything that you need to stay there. 4) Checking in and out were hassle free.. clear instruction will be sent to your email few days before that providing instructions on how to enter the room using electronic lock, WiFi, etc… 5) near a supermarket that opens 24 hours … operated by Aeon. convenience stores are also around the corner.

Location was amazing, just a few minutes from Namba station. Apartment was comfortable, safe and warm. WiFi was a little slow but OK. We never met staff but they were quick to respond on messenger and when we asked for mugs to drink tea they were left outside our room the next day.

There was no breakfast option to choose as it is an apartment. The location is great. It is close to stations and shops, even a mini mart is right down stair. Owner gave me one hour late check out without any charges

Rooms were small but similar to many hotels. Liked having the two beds in our room. Was great to have a washing machine in each room as well. Location was great. A short walk to Namba station and around 15min to dotonburi, orange street and den den town. Shower pressure was also really good.
